I was reminded of this recipe while browsing. A friend shared it with me when Brooke was just little, and it's been a hit ever since... it's been a long time though since I've made it and who needs an excuse? LOL so when I came across it again I thought yep, that's gonna happen.
And it has, twice now. I've only ever made it using fresh cream... though a UHT cream could be handy, as then you would have everything you need as SOM says, in the cupboard. Very very yummy.
